If you encounter an OS/400 error message while using TOTAL/400, these action items will be helpful to us in solving the problem.

• Take Option "D" (Dump) to the INITIAL error message.
• Take Option "C" (Cancel) to all subsequent error messages
• Do a "DSPJOBLOG *PRINT" to print the joblog.
• Go to TOTAL/400's Main menu and make note of the PTF level
• Contact ADEonics technical support
